Gas Storage CZ is donating financial donations totaling more than CZK 7.5 million

Gas Storage CZ is donating financial donations totaling more than CZK 7.5 million to organizations in the immediate and more distant vicinity of the underground gas storage facilities operated by the company. The funds will be provided from the company's grant programme for 2025.

This year, a total of 39 projects received financial donations, most of which will support the further development of municipalities in the immediate vicinity of the storage facilities. Support is also being provided to primary and secondary schools in the regions and to improve and develop regional social services.

Gas Storage CZ has been active in the field of social responsibility for a long time. Since 2008, it has been supporting projects aimed at improving the quality of life in the immediate vicinity of natural gas storage facilities through a grant programme. The new strategy for 2025 builds on these successful foundations and extends support to more permanent and strategic projects in the wider region with the aim of even more intensively strengthening social cohesion and economic development. The strategy focuses primarily on young people and parents, key groups influencing the local environment.
