REMIT Reporting
Storage operators and market participants who use the gas storage services are under Regulation No 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency (REMIT) and European Commission implementing regulation No 1348/2014 (REMIT) obliged to report data regarding the gas stock in the storage facility.
We provide data (gas stock level) to ACER (Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators) on behalf of our customers as market participants with respect to Article 9(9) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU). All data is sent on daily basis via GIE (Gas Infrastructure Europe). Any information reported to GIE will be used by GIE exclusively for the purposes they are intended for and will be transmitted using methods which ensure protection against third-party access.
This service is intended for customers who has concluded a contract for firm storage capacity. This service is free of charge and the only condition is the signing of the Contract to Provide Collaboration in Fulfilling Reporting Obligation.
